The Almost Complete Works of Marcel Duchamp 1966 Exhibition Arts Council

€57,63

First edition of this catalogue published to accompany the Tate Gallery exhibition of 1966. This exhibition was the first to show Duchamp’s work in Europe; it was organised and curated by the artist Richard Hamilton, who famously recreated one piece (‘The Bride Stripped Bare’) due to the original being stuck in America. The back cover features the die cut hole, which was absent on the second edition. In good condition, with normal signs of use for a catalogue of its age. Please see photos. Thanks for looking!
